In the past ten years, CHG has erected more than 5,000,000-square-feet of pre-engineered metal buildings and erected buildings from all of the major building manufacturers in the industry. We offer an industry leading, 5-year, Written Weather-tite Workmanship Warranty on all our pre-engineered metal buildings.

CHG erected a 35,000-square-foot Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Designed by Belay Architecture of Tacoma, the building features a Varco Pruden building and roof system and many energy saving elements. The building is owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and was officially awarded LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council. It is the highest rated TEMF in the country.
