Building Renovation

Our experienced and certified staff is highly skilled at performing building renovation often with little or no disturbance to tenants. Increased energy efficiency is accomplished through insulation, daylighting and door and window upgrades. In addition installing metal siding, like that on the Markey Machinery plant in Seattle, gives new life to buildings. We have also installed more than 500,000-square-feet of retrofit metal roofing placed over existing roof surfaces plus the application of more than a million square feet of Roof Mate™ spray-on roof sealant product.
