Working with general contractor, Kirtley-Cole Associates, CHG Building systems completed construction of a 25,483 square-foot expansion to Romac Industries at their foundry in South Seattle. Headquartered in Bothell, Wash., Romac develops, casts and sells a variety of parts that have become industry standards.
The addition to Romac’s existing foundry building utilized a 132-foot, 6-inch, clear span Varco Pruden pre-engineered building. It is currently used primarily as warehouse and 7,060 square feet of office space.
